We believe that a relationship based on deep affinity and harmony is fundamental for the unity and edification of The Vine. From the moment we meet we begin a journey of getting to know one another in order to certify that this is what both parties desire. A pastor must be certain of what he wants and doesn´t want in his ministry, and after a year of being together and becoming acquainted we can advance into a deeper relationship and ministerial partnership.

At The Vine we can walk together:

Simply through friendship and sharing the vision of reaching this generation for Christ. We can walk together for the simple fact that that we are In Him and have affinity based on the principles expressed in the “Who we are” link.

We can walk together towards something deeper with the objective of implementing the practice of Cell Groups and increasing the size of your Church. We will have a “mentorship” program for the transition into the Cell model. With this established we will be commitment to applying the principles shared and supervising the whole process.

In a much deeper level, we advance towards a relationship where authority is recognized and a discipleship is established. At this stage there is complete and voluntary commitment. As a family of Churches, we can only be together if we are willing to walk together. This can never be an obligation. In many denominations it is extremely easy to get in, and difficult and traumatic to get out. We want the opposite to be the norm. It is difficult to come into our family since it requires a mutual relationship process and high level of familiarity through prayer. But, it is easy to get out… Nothing, apart from love, binds us.

At this relationship level, we send the tithes of our tithes to The Vine, in order to finance the international Management and promote missionary investment in the smaller Churches and less developed countries.
